All our baskets are hand-made by artist Dona Nazarenko in the Green Mountains of Tunbridge, Vermont.  Various natural materials from reed to birch bark make up our many styles of baskets that include traditional, functional, and unique styles.

Our goal through Country Spirit Baskets is to share traditions that have seemingly become lost in our fast paced world.  Part of this includes educating others on the daily uses of baskets in times past, how they are made, offering an understanding of their construction.

Our hopes are to teach others this art in a place we call home, our basket studio "Country Spirit Baskets" in Tunbridge, VT. Our studio is 1600 square feet and located on our property where we teach in a very relaxed atmosphere, the best way to make baskets.
